Southern Conference Awards Announced
Friday Afternoon, Indian River State College had eight players earn recognition from Southern Conference play.
Rapuluchi Ngorka has been named Southern Conference Player of the Year, she has also been named to Region VIII All State Team.
The Pioneers had four players named to the first team all-conference and four players named to second team all-conference. Congratulations to the following student athletes who have worked tirelessly all season, your hard work is paying off.
Head Coach Jamarra Robinson was also name Southern Conference Coach of the Year.
"it is a great feeling to be recognized by our peers, we have done our best to be consistent all year. These accolades are good for our players and program" Coach Robinson noted.
