The Lady Pioneers notched 2 impressive wins on Super Bowl Sunday including a combined no-hitter in Game 1 (Dominique Prevette (3 innings 7K's) & Mac Masternak (2 innings 2Ks). The offensive output was just as impressive posting 13 runs on 13 hits in the 13-1 victory effort. The second game saw a highlight reel defensive effort from Raelyn Roland, and another 11 hits from the bats. Alina Varga earned the win with 9 strikeouts in 4 innings of work, while Emma Solis added 4 more K's in 2 innings of relief. Bridget Dunham walked it off in the bottom of the 6th with 2 stolen bases, to force the second run-rule shortened game of the day (9-1). IRSC plays next at home on Friday Feb 17th vs College of Central Florida (1pm & 3pm).
