IRSC Men's Basketball defeated Santa Fe Monday night with a 86-85 come from behind win. The Pioneers were trailing by 6 at the half and took the lead with under two minutes to play. The Pioneers were led by Jayshayne Woodard who had a team high 20 points and 11 rebounds, Pablo Tamba had 17 points to go with 4 rebounds. Jyre Mccloud chipped in 15 points while point guard Antoine Jacks dished out 7 assists. Santa Fe was led by Jalen Speer who scored a game high 26 points. Coach Morosco's thoughts on the game "Santa Fe is a very talented and well coached team, they made a lot of shots today. I am so proud of our guys for never quitting and continuing to battle on every possession and because of that we were able to get the win.
