Pioneers Win Big In Game 2 at CMI Tournament

Pioneers (16-6) defeated St. John's River in Game 2 of back to back to back games at the Courtney Miller Invitational in Longwood, FL. IRSC fell just short (2-1) in the finale against Santa Fe and suffered a rough loss earlier to Central Florida. Twenty rostered players contributed to Saturday's extended play, highlighted by 24 hits and 9 stolen bases on the offensive side of the ball, as well as the Pioneers pitching staff adding 16 additional strikeouts to their season total.  The Ladies bounce back Tuesday Feb 28 at Daytona State (4pm & 6pm).
