The Pioneers got off to a slow start after travels to Ft. Myers but eventually opened up, en route to 10-0 and 6-1 victories against the Gyrenes.Alina Varga pitched an impressive No-Hitter including 9 strikeouts to earn the win in Game 1. The offense contributed 18 runners aboard, 10 hits and 7 stolen bases. The second game saw Emma Solis, Dom Prevette and Mac Masternak combine on a 3 hit 10 strikeout performance. Ten different players added to the 13 baserunners aboard throughout the contest. The Ladies travel back to the west coast Friday to take on St. John's River (12:00pm) and St. Thomas University (2:00pm).
