IRSC Swimming and Diving Teams Return to Action

The IRSC swimming and diving teams returned to action following a long period of time away from competition due to the pandemic. Both men's and women's teams had not competed since defending their national championship run in March 2020 where the men won their 46^th consecutive National Championship and the women won their 42^nd championship.

This season, the River teams return 8 female sophomores and 11 male sophomores to their roster to join the 23 incoming freshmen (11 women and 12 men).

Their first meet of the 2020-2021 season happened at the TCA Winter Open in Stuart, Florida on January 23-24. This was a time to enjoy some competition and see where they were at in their training. No team scores were kept and the athletes swam in multiple events.
