Indian River gets the win over Palm Beach State for their 5th in a row.

IRSC Men's basketball defeated Palm Beach State College on Saturday 90-85. The Pioneers had a four-point half time lead and it remained close throughout the game. The Pioneers were led by Jayshayne Woodard who had a double-double with 21 points and 11 rebounds. Antoine Jacks did a great job setting up his teammates all afternoon on his way to 9 assists for the game, Jacks also scored 9 points. The other Pioneers to score in double figures were Micah Octave who scored 13 points, Jyre Mccloud scored 12 points, and Ocypher Owens scored 10 points. Palm Beach State was led by Koby Isaac and Terell Edwards who each scored 15 points. Coach Morosco's thoughts on the game "Palm Beach State is a very well coached team, they were very disciplined and gave us some different looks we haven't seen this year. They shot the ball well today and battled for 40 minutes. I'm proud of our guys for staying together and executing down the stretch when we needed to in order to get this win."
