IR Baseball Takes the Win Over Seminole State

Friday afternoon in Fort Pierce, Indian River State Pioneers got on the board in the first inning when M Montes tripled on a 0-1 count, scoring two runs.

Jorge DeCardenas was the winning pitcher for the Pioneers. The righty allowed three hits and one run over five innings, striking out six.  Connor Manning and Logan Wash entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.

Allowing the Pioneers to defeat Seminole State 5 - 4 in the first game and lost 4 - 3 in the second game. 

Pioneers next game will be Wednesday February 9th in Fort Pierce.
