Indian River State Pioneers Grabs Lead in Seventh Inning for Victory Over College Of Central Florida

Indian River State Pioneers  stole the lead late and defeated College Of Central Florida 14-13 on Friday.  The game was tied at 12 with Indian River State Pioneers  batting in the bottom of the seventh when C Adams homered on a 3-1 count, scoring two

Indian River State Pioneers  took an early lead in the second inning when D Starks singled on a 1-2 count, scoring two runs.

In the top of the sixth inning, College Of Central Florida tied things up at 12 when Yordani Carmona induced Bayne to hit into a fielder's choice, but one run scored.

Indian River State Pioneers  scored seven runs in the second inning.  The offensive onslaught by Indian River State Pioneers  was led by Starks, R Sanabria, R Guida, M Montes, and Carlos Lopez, all driving in runs in the inning.

CJ Williams earned the victory on the pitcher's mound for Indian River State Pioneers . Williams allowed two hits and one run over three innings, striking out five and walking zero.  Carmona and Connor Manning entered the game out of the bullpen and

helped to close out the game in relief.
