Make an Impact and Be Part of the Excitement — The River Athletics Ball Drop Is Here!

FORT PIERCE, FL- The Indian River State College Athletic Department is thrilled to announce the launch of a new fundraising initiative, the Ball Drop, designed to further our mission of promoting academic and athletic excellence, while developing student-athletes through integrity, sportsmanship, and community engagement.

All proceeds from this effort will directly support the Indian River State College Athletic Department and the continued success of River Athletics, ensuring our programs and student-athletes have the tools to compete and lead at the highest level.

The event will take place Friday, April 24, 2026, at Hammock Creek Golf Club, with the helicopter ball drop scheduled for approximately 2:00 PM over the driving range. The ball closest to the target on the ground will be declared the winner of the $10,000 Grand Prize, while ten additional balls will be declared $1,000 winners based on the closest proximity to the target. You do not need to be present to win, and all decisions of the judges measuring proximity are final.
