IRSC Volleyball wins at Palm Beach

The Indian River State College women's volleyball team swept Palm Beach State College on Tuesday night to secure a spot in post season play.  The Pioneers won 25-23, 25-18, 26-24 and improve their overall record to 13-8.

Mallory Roney had 16 kills and over a .400 hitting percentage, Jasmine Sayre led the Pioneers with 20 digs , and Jada Bivens recorded 33 assists. the Cougars won 25-16, 25-12, 25-10.

"We came out today with great energy and played really tough," IRSC coach Stephanie Skidmore said. "I liked our focus and how we made quick adjustments as the match progressed."

IRSC returns home Tues Oct 22nd at 5:30 vs Eastern Florida State College where they will honor their 6 Sophomores.
