The Indian River State College women's volleyball team absorbed a 3-0 loss in the first conference match of the season at Broward State College on Tuesday Evening.
Mallory Roney paced the Pioneers with 8 kills and two blocks. Ayannah Henry and Gabriella Fiavola finished with six kills each. Jasmine Sayre notched 19 digs and Erin Ergle chipped in with 16 assists and 7 digs.
Up next, Indian River will host St. Petersburg State College September 20 at 2:00 p.m. in their first home match of the season.
