Marnicha Prudent stepped up big for the River controlling the boards with nine rebounds.

Coach Robinson mentioned, "Tonight game was special for us because we found a way to finish the game, we responded to every run Saint Pete threw at us. Sophomore Leah Dunn was in foul trouble, I had to rely on the bench, Marnicha Prudent, and Shanice Gordon showed up and played key minutes. Maryanne had the best game of her freshmen career tonight; she was confident and poised as our leading point guard. Tonight game is what we've been working for and I am glad we found a way to get it done."

Indian River Women's Basketball team will be back in action Tuesday December 3 to host College of Central Florida at 5:30pm.
