Juliana Speranza was named NJCAA Region 8 Softball Player of the Week

Juliana Speranza was named NJCAA Region 8 Softball Player of the Week for her performance this past weekend at the Southern Conference Round Robin tournament. In her four games Speranza batted 526 (10-19), scored nine runs, hit four doubles, three home runs, had 15 runs batted in and stole three bases.

On the season the sophomore first baseman is currently batting 361, is ranked 7th in Region 8 with 8 homeruns and ranked third in the region with 46 runs batted in.
