Men's Basketball Defeats FSCJ

Wednesday Evening in Jacksonville, Fl Indian River State College traveled to play FSCJ in a nonconference matchup. The River Men's Basketball team continued their win streak with an 85-63 win over Florida State College at Jacksonville on Wednesday night. The Pioneers were led by Sophomore Jyre Mccloud who had 24 points on 10/15 shooting. Ocypher Owens also had a big game for the Pioneers who had 13 points, 10 rebounds, 2 steals and 3 blocks on the evening. FSCJ was led by Torian Parmalee who had 18 points on 4 made 3s. Coach Morosco's thoughts on the game "FSCJ was ready to go tonight, they were prepared and made us earn everything. A road win is never easy to come by and I am proud of how our guys stayed together to get the win tonight."

With the Win, IRSC Men's Basketball is 9-1 on the season, their next game will be this Saturday at Palm Beach State College.
