Broward continued to be tough at home against IRSC as they took game 1 of the 4-game series 6-1. Justin Alintoff battled through 6.1 innings allowing 4 earned runs while striking out 6. Christian O'Kelly and Jack Durkin came on in relief and didn't allow an earned run.
The offense only managed 6 hits on the day against Broward, 2 of which came by the red-hot bat of Danny Camilo. The Sophomore SS went 2-4 on the day with the lone RBI when he drove in Carter Chancey in the 6th.
